A love letter to you
💝💌💝
Hi lovely,
I hope today you find a few solid seconds just for yourself. Truly for you.🧘🏻♀️ To pause ⏸️, to breathe 😮💨, and to pour some love into that incredible heart of yours 💓, because you deserve it. You deserve to love yourself just as fiercely as you love those around you.
If no one has told you lately, let me please:
You’re doing your best, and it’s more than enough.
It’s easy to feel like we’re falling short, juggling endless to-dos, and showing up for everyone else. But let me remind you that your presence, your love, and your efforts—big or small—make a world of difference.🌎 You are the heart of so many moments, the comfort in the chaos, and the constant in someone's world.
So today, I hope you let yourself receive some of that love back. Whether it's a warm cup of tea sipped slowly, a moment to close your eyes and exhale, or simply soaking in the truth that you are loved beyond measure. Give yourself the gift of grace and kindness.
To all moms; the ones in the thick of it, the ones dreaming of it, the ones building families in their own beautiful ways—this love letter is for you. Because you are remarkable, irreplaceable, and worthy of all the love you pour out and so much more.

If you’re craving a creative escape, here are three simple watercolor activities to help you reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re new to watercolor or already a seasoned enthusiast, these three simple watercolor activities are the perfect way to reconnect with yourself. Pick one or try all three: paint a bouquet that will never wilt, create a love letter to yourself through art, or let go and enjoy the soothing flow of a calming abstract exercise.
Thank you for being here and allowing me to be by your side for a few seconds, for allowing me to share a little love with you. Writing this is my way of reminding myself, too, that we’re all in this together.👯♀️ I see you, and I appreciate you.
What’s one thing you’re doing to love yourself today? Hit reply, I’d love to hear!
Cheers,
Ari
Your fellow mom who gets it

I dream of creating a space where moms in all stages of their journey can come together and share their stories. Each path is so unique, filled with wisdom, struggles, and moments of joy that deserve to be heard. My hope is for this to be a space where you feel not just comfortable sharing your story, but truly empowered to do so.💖
